any methadone law suits ?

I will be most interested in seeing any good answers to your question…my step-son died almost 2 years ago, from methadone…he vomited and choked to death in his sleep. It was ruled a “suicide”, however, we firmly believe this was accidental and the methadone kept him from waking up while he was choking….there is got to be something that can be done…I, for one, am in your corner….

Your question is not a new one see:

I really don’t see how it could get stored in a fat cell though. I know the chemical structure of methadone and the structure of fats and the two do not seem like the things that would naturally mix. – BUT – I’m not 100% positively, there is credibility to you’re claim, and the cliams of others.

Are you sure that the death was caused by an overdose? Or was it from severe withdrawl?

I have been on methadone for 13 years and taking 6 2mg clonazapam with
my drink every day 3 in the morning 3 in the afternoon and 1 0.25mg halcion
to go to sleep. For 7 years my prescription was 250mg of metadone + the pills,
for the last 6 years I have been taking 150mg of meth + the pills and have not
had a problem.
The reason for the pills is I have severe anxiaty and any benzo valium serax
clonazapam stops you from sweating my side effect is sweating like a pig
I take 1 clonazapam and I do not sweat at all for 24 hours.

did you know that in world war 2 we stopped all pain killers from getting into
Germany so Hitler had DR Mengala make a new pain killer methadone.

I, too take Methadone;been for more than 8 years.I have heard that it can get stored in your bones or bone marrow.About being stored in fat cells; that I never heard.I know of an Methadone advacate called O.A.S.I.S.
