drugs and drinking during early pregnancy?

My appointment isn’t until next week. I just found out yesterday morning that I am pregnant. If calculated correctly, I am 9 weeks and 6 days.
Up until yesterday I have been drinking, taking lortabs, valiums & methadone, smoked a little pot & ice.
I’ve completely quit everything, but have I harmed my baby?
