The Future of Marijuana in America
Marijuana has the brightest future in America, more so than any other time in our History. Recreational use of Cannabis is on the legislative horizon in California, over a dozen States have approved Medicinal Marijuana, and domestic pot farmers are producing hybrids of Marijuana like something out of a sci-fi novel.
First of all, legalization of Marijuana is sensible. In California, Cannabis has been the number one cash crop for decades. There was a time when Cali could have stood alone in the World, ranked as the 7th overall economy. Now, with Cali on the brink of financial ruin- Marijuana revenue has become quite feasible as a boost. I laugh at opponents of Cannabis legalization. When you stop to ponder recreational use of killer tobacco products, and the burden of alcohol related crimes, health problems, and death- Marijuana is a blessing.
On the Medical Marijuana front, Cannabis has been a blessing to many Americans (global as well) beset with health ailments. These citizens no longer have to feel like criminals in a clandestine environment, just to obtain medical relief. Once again, compare the prescriptive problems of Hydrocodone, epilepsy drugs, methadone, and the recent deluge of celebrity overdoses, and Medical Marijuana pales by contrast.
Finally, the best pot farmers in the World are right here in the U.S., many from Cali alone. Hundreds of hybrids are coming out each year, and pretty soon we’ll run out of names for these Super Strains of Cannabis. This domestic aspect has already led to a substantial drop in prices, with potent quality Cannabis reaching all markets. What a sweet result and promising future. Indoor Cannabis cultivation has become the “new” family pastime. As Cannabis becomes further mainstreamed into American society, it appears that all of the hoopla will subside.

A short clip from my controversial documentary feature called Little Criminals (64 mins). This film came close to completely destroying me but I just had to make it. A year in the lives of a group of junkie shoplifters in Glasgow, Scotland (1999-2000). Some sections were broadcast in Detox or Die (BBC One Life, 2004). BAFTA Scotland nomination 2002. Celtic Film & TV Festival 2002.
Drug Methadone: Suit filed in Gregg jail death
A lawsuit was filed Wednesday in Federal District Court in Marshall on behalf of a Gilmer woman who died while incarcerated in the Gregg County Jail. Amy Lynn Cowling, 33, died while jailed on Dec. 29, 2010.

@davidgrahamscott I frequent a popular drug messageboard and a lot of the mebers from the U.K have been claiming it’s either been real dry for the past month or no matter who they score from they are getting dope that turns into a hard crystal like substance when sucked into the barrel of the syringe, hence making it immpossible or deadly to inject it, not to mention there’s no actual heroin in it.

@davidgrahamscott Im not sure what kind of player I have to be honest. I dont have a DVD player but my laptop plays DVDS on it.
Perhaps one day when you have the time you could upload it to youtube for everybody to enjoy watching?

your videos little criminals and detox or die that was on the BBC were really great. I am also an addict and once I too tried to document the junky life style, but I failed…I became too caught up in it that I forgot what it was i was trying to do in the first place…I hope you put out more videos and the best of luck too you in the future…
@disasterpiece112 Usually a light brown powder that comes from Afghanistan or Northern Pakistan. The quality seems to have got better over the years I believe.
what is the heroin like in scotland? i live in portland, oregon, usa, on the west coast and the herion here is a sticky dark black substance. called black tar or just black.
love these little clips the show looks awesome l always think london is a double edged sword for scots at times alot of people heading for the bright lights but they end up on the streets and on drugs cause it just sucks them up and spits them out
