I have the kind where I wake up after about 4 5 hours and then can't fall asleep again. Been having it regularly for 3.5 months now. I think it is definately stress related as the 1st thing I do when i wake is start making to do lists. ugh I regularly have a cup of coffee in the morning and a beer or 2 at night about twice a week. I do not notice a difference if I have a beer at night or not. I was vegeterian for 10 years and recently started eating a few servings of fish or chicken a week.I would like to try non drug treatments, but honestly, I will take the drugs if I have to as a last resort.

Can anyone recommend an insurance plan that they've used to obtain quality drug treatment? I am really trying to get in to one of the Narconon facilities but any drug treatment that covers the full spectrum not just the drug use, but the emotional or other reasons that cause addicts would work. Can you admit yourself into drug treatment without your parents knowing? if so, than how?
im addicted of course, and im ready to get help. but i can not tell my parents. it would not make things better. they would try to help themselves. but i know drug treament is my only option, being that i have crossed the linei have a problem with ecstasy and synthetic heroin. my parents have caught me with weed before and they flipped. they thought helping was grounding me. but holding me inside all day caused me to rebel. i dont know if thats the case for every 16 year old kid to do, but thats just the case with me. of course they will be supportive but maybe they cant handle it the right wayALSO. if not rehab. like soebody said below. are there any counceling or group sessions that i can do?

Family Solutions Foundation is a legitimate non profit organization with 501 c 3 . We in the process of purchasing a facility able to house 80 drug addicted individuals for treatment. However, we need to raise enough money for this program by Jan 31, 2009. I would like to know how we can best use the internet for this project? My friend called me after spending a week and a half in a drug treatment center and he tells me that he is out for the weekend. He says they gave him a 'Weekend Pass' for having a month of sobriety, when I know for sure that he was using right before he left for the center... Trust him???
