Someone dear to me has just passed away. He was a cocaine addict and experienced a lot of back pain. After he died I found out he had been taking Methadone for 3 days. He had more than 100 pills prescribed by his doctor. He basically just stopped breathing in his sleep and his heart failed. Why would his doctor prescribe him Methadone when a simple blood test would confirm he occasionally takes drugs? I thought patients on Methadone were monitored not handed hundreds of pills…

He was always at his friends house til like 3 or 4 am…just hanging out having a beer or whatever. I was home with a 2 1/2 year old toddler and pregnant. I spoke to him many times, but it didn’t work. Depend on the test, but most 6 panel tests look for COC/AMPH/MAMP/THC/OPI/ and PCP or BZD or OXY .
Google “6 panel urine drug test” and look for same model your PO used.
