Question by T CUSE 2: does methadone or methadose show up on a standard 5 panel drug test?
methadose which is pretty much the same as methadone. they use it in methadone clinics, does that and methadone show up on a standard 5 panel test. i hear it doesn’t i’d just like to know the answer for sure tho. thank you

Yes, methadone and methadose show up as positive for heroin. That’s why most drug labs will retest such a sample using radio-immuno-assay (RIA) or gas chromatography – mass spectrometry (GC/MS), or both, to get a definitive result.

My sister has been acting very strange for about 2 years now, since she got together with her current boyfriend (who the WHOLE family HATES). She’s tired all the time, falls asleep talking to you even standing up! I know they boyfriend used to do heroin because we found old newspaper articles about him being arrested for possession … at least 3 times that we know of. The most recent was May 2006. And he went to jail for 8 months for that one.

Today, my sister’s son asked me what methadone is. He said mom and (her boyfriend) take it. Long story short … She’s not (and never has been) in any kind of drug program. I am 28 years old and my husband is 33. I have been with him for almost 8 years now, and we’ve been married for four years. We have two children, a 5 1/2 year old girl and a 2 1/2 year old boy. For the most part, we’ve been pretty happy…up until like 2-3 years ago…we just weren’t getting along at all. When I was about 5 months pregnant with our 2nd child, he would never be home.
