Question by Kevin: Information of heroin use/addiction please?
Hi all now this might seem like a strange story/question but 5 years ago I was hospitalised as a 15 year old and was in extraordinary pain. Now this is no exaggeration but for about 10 days I was on constantly being given morphine injections by the Special Pain Team at the hospital. It was something like 7 shots a day. I was high as a kite all day to stop me screaming in pain with night time breaks of maybe 8 hours without morphines effects. They took me off for half a day but I kicked up such a stick they put me back on (later they told me I was having a serious withdrawal attack) Then when I went home I was given 2 packets of like 20 pure morphine tablets each and a packet of codeine with maybe 30 tablets.
