Deruelle to be sentenced in April on drug charges
Brian Augustine Deruelle of West Street has pleaded guilty to three counts of trafficking involving methadone, oxycodone and marijuana. Three other charges were withdrawn. The offences occurred between October and December 2012 in Glace Bay.
